Safe and Secure

WITH TIMES as perilous as they are, it's important that we claim the promises of God for protection over our lives. All of us refer to certain scriptures more frequently than other verses. One scripture passage that I've always claimed for protection is Psalm 91. Every day I speak it over my entire family. Of course, when we claim this psalm, it is important to abide by its guidelines and understand how they relate to us.

Like Father, Like Son

IN THE MIDDLE of my third grade, my dad, Kenneth E. Hagin, started traveling in ministry. He was seldom home to see me compete in sports. But in between meetings, he often would drive all night just so he could eat breakfast with all of us. If I had a school holiday and he was close enough, he would pick me up and bring me with him.

I missed my dad a lot. Many times I'd go behind the back porch and put my face in the fur of my collie so nobody could see my tears as Dad drove off.

The Heart of a Worshipper

WHAT A GLORIOUS NIGHT of worship. When Deborah Banks, an '87 RBTC graduate, picked up the microphone and began to sing, it was as though the windows of Heaven opened. The crowd stood to their feet and lifted their voices in unison to praise Almighty God.

Deborah told the people to write their prayer requests on a piece of paper and hand the paper to the person next to them. During the evening, they would see God perform miracles as they praised Him. That night, He answered prayers.
